Our Meetings:
Our desire is to improve the sense of well-being and quality of life for women and their families by providing a safe place for sharing, caring, and listening with love.
We offer support and understanding in a safe and non-intimidating environment. Members can share information and concerns with each other.
Confidentiality is respected.
Time & Place
Meetings are held at the Arnprior Public Library, (21 Madawaska St.)
the third Tuesday of each month from 7pm to 9pm.

Fundraising activities
In May, the annual Walk with My Mayor (WWMM) raised over $8,000.
This year, our group donated $40,000 to the Womens Breast Health Centre to update their ultrasound equipment.
Dates to remember...
- Tuesday, October 21, 2008, 4 pm - 7 pm. Our 11th Annual Dinner. Buffet dinner including: Roast turkey, Roast beef, over 100 salads. Everyone welcome.
Cost: Good will donation. Donations go to the Arnprior & District Breast Cancer Support Group and the Women's Breast Health Centre in Ottawa

- Saturday, November 29, 2008, 6 pm. Norm and Elta's 50th Wedding Anniversary Fundraising Gala. Featuring Dr. Mirsky's band - the Startools, live and silent auctions. Cost: $50.00 per person. Funds raised will be donated to the Partners in Caring at the Arnprior Hospital and the Arnprior & District Breast Cancer Support Group.
